ART, COPY & HARD WORK

A creative with an engineering background and a problem-solving mindset. With 10+ years in this industry, I just want to continue making great stuff. Ads, content, experiences and more. Through experiments, inventions and taking risks. By breaking rules, making mistakes, having fun, and always, through hard work. When not working, I spend time with family, watch football and football, ride boards, wander trails, thinking about ways to revolutionize the wood whittling “industry”, drink beer and travel.

ALMOST BACK WHERE I STARTED OUT.

I just moved back to Stockholm, Sweden and I spend my days as Innovation Director at NORD DDB. I want to help our clients make great things. Anything from social content, smart search, or good old advertising made in brand new ways? It all fits together somehow.

Most recently I was at Archrival in Portland, Oregon. Working with Red Bull and adidas to create experiences that connect them to young people through cultural insights, ideas and great design.

I also worked at AKQA in Portland, helping Nike create digital experiences that make people around the globe reach their full athletic potential.

Before that, I was in New York at 360i / Dentsu working with Oreo, Oscar Mayer, Kahlúa, Stella Artois, Downy and the HISTORY channel show VIKINGS. 

I worked as an Art Director at Åkestam.Holst in Stockholm, with clients like Pepsi, Audi, Carlsberg, SOS Children’s Villages Sweden, ATG (Swedish Horse Racing), Save The Children and more. The work spanned from interactive, PR-stunts, print and TVC’s to entire integrated campaigns.

At Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, Colorado I spent time as an Interactive Art Director and worked on Microsoft and Dominos.

I’m a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), responsible for the Webby and Lovie Awards. I’ve been judging the Webby Awards for over half a decade.

I’m also a proud child sponsor with Save the Children. I think you (and pretty much everyone else who can) should be too.
