FONUS // LIFE ADVICE

FONUS
ADVICE FOR LIFE
IN CLOSENESS OF DEATH

Fonus “reclaims”
Carpe Diem!

As Sweden’s largest funeral service company with over 200 offices around the country, Focus work tirelessly to create personal farewells when loved ones passes. Fonus employees meet death on a daily basis, which has given them true insights about life, insights that people consider tired old clichées. It’s time to change that. By sharing life advice, that appear in closeness to death.

Carpe Diem.

When death is near, life becomes more visible. Saying that have become worn out cliches get new meaning when you see how precious life is. Conny works as a funeral director and his life advice is “Carpe Diem“. How do you usually seize the day?

Follow your heart.

In our line of work at Fonus, we are constantly reminded of how fragile life is. Janeth has worked as a funeral director for many years. She wished that you would “Follow your heart”.

Everything will be alright in the end.

This is Mio. As a funeral director at Fonus, she knows about life, death and all in between. Her life advice is “everything will be alright in the end“.

Advice in the streets.

Along with our TV and online video campaign, we also shared our life advice with people on the street. Fonus employees acted as our models and gave us their advice in heartfelt portraits to show their warmth and make them mini celebrities in their own communities.

Online advice.

To reach target groups that might not have funerals and that type of services top-of-mind, we wanted to share these advice in as many ways as we could. Online banner placements. Short format videos on Instagram and Facebook, yeah we even shared advice on TikTok. This would hopefully give them warmer, fuzzier feelings towards the people who work at Fonus.
